FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (March 17, 2020) — In order to practice responsible social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, Incline Village General Improvement District(IVGID) has decided to close the Administration office, Public Works office, and The Chateau at Incline Village to the public. Staff will continue working during business hours and are available via telephone for questions and concerns from the public. IVGID hopes to reopen all facilities and programs to the public as soon as possible.
“This is part of the proactive steps we are taking to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19,”said Indra Winquest, Interim General Manager. “The staff shares everyone’s sentiment in hoping things return to normal as soon as possible.”

IVGID Public Works will continue to provide all water and sewer services. Emergency services by this department will also be provided as necessary.
