After hearing conflicting information from the Registrar of Voters, Registrar’s Staff and citizens in our community, Washoe County Commissioners Berkbigler and Jung decided to investigate the handling by the Registrar of citizens’ complaints against Trustee Horan’s service as a poll worker during the early voting for the 2018 primary election.
