  • At the February 1st Washoe County Citizen Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, the attached STR presentation was delivered by the Planners.
    • An engaged community member conducted research and created an informative presentation on the decisions other communities have made related to STRs, identified STR Best Practices, and ideas for the ordinance to protect the quality of our residential neighborhoods.  Click here to view it.
