SUGGESTED ADDITIONS TO THE PROPOSED STR ORDINANCE FOR INCLINE VILLAGE/CRYSTAL BAY ONLY:

It was anticipated that the STR ordinance would be before the County Commissioners on Tuesday December 8th.  It is being postponed again, and may instead be sent back to the Washoe County Planning Commission due to the significant changes brought forth by Commissioner Berkbigler.  To review the revisions Commissioner Berkbigler has requested,  which we have previously published, click here.

We will keep you informed as the Ordinance progresses. We encourage you to write the Commissioners and share your suggestions.  Click here to compose your email to them.  You can also submit your recommendations to the Planning Commissioners by clicking here.
